Streamline Electrical Manufacturing

Explore FabricationConnected, the cutting-edge platform revolutionizing electrical manufacturing workflows to optimize lean efficiencies.

Modeling & Detailing

Naviate Powered by Allied BIM empowers collaborative and optimized work within a building information modeling (BIM) environment. Simultaneously create electrical designs in both 3D and 2D, a crucial advantage in meeting growing BIM delivery requirements. Easily model conduit routing, layout couplings, and segment designs for streamlined automation, proven to be 8X faster than other tools. This automation simplifies assembly packaging and generates conduit bends with instant instructions, ensuring seamless workflow efficiency.

  • Customized for electrical engineers – Using Naviate Electrical with Revit, you can collaborate and work efficiently in a Building Information Modeling (BIM) setting. It’s completely integrated with the Revit interface, so you can take full advantage of Revit’s familiar workflows. This means you’ll quickly get the hang of Naviate Electrical, making your work faster and more effective.
  • Localized – Naviate Electrical comes with templates that include all the basic local settings you need, so you can jump right into new projects without any delay. It has a wide range of objects (Revit families) with symbols that follow local standards, which makes documenting your work easier and more efficient. While these symbols appear in 2D, each symbol is linked to a 3D object with all the essential technical details. This dual capability lets you work on electrical designs in both 3D and 2D at the same time. It’s a huge plus, especially with the growing requirements for BIM delivery.
  • Full support for collaboration – Naviate Electrical maximizes BIM’s teamwork potential. It streamlines how functions and symbols work together in the module, and also how it connects with other Naviate modules. Plus, it smoothly coordinates with various project disciplines.

Publish to Fabrication Connected

Modeled & Detailed fabrication models are published from Revit into FabricationConnected (via ACC and BIM360) which enables instant model-to-machine connectivity for marking, cutting, and bending materials. This process enables paperless workflows that eliminate traditional spool drawings. Fabrication connected is cloud enabled as well allowing the push and pull of information directly from the office to the shop and back again.

Automated Assembly, Packaging and Bundling

Fabrication Connected has the ability to automatically Assemble, Package and Bundle your project based on parameters from the Model. This lightens the load on the design side by reducing the need for traditional assemblies and instantly equips your shop with the proper planning for assembly all the way through shipping by creating all your labels, optimizing your cuts and giving the entire team and process access to the information moving in real time. Allied also works with traditional Revit Assemblies but still allows the use of the Packaging and Bundling features.

Fabrication Connected

Seamlessly integrate Revit model data directly into your fabrication shop’s machinery, eliminating the need for third-party add-ins and solutions. This platform manages everything from design to field installation, featuring an advanced system with an intuitive user interface tailored for fabrication shop employees to represent what they need to cut, fit and verify all parts. Allied viewer is geared towards fabricators and automatic dimensioning tools. The ability to automate 2D drawings as well as track information across shops and offices is key in a modern manufacturing environment. Allied currently connects with Scotchman, Mathews Printing Systems, Crippa and STAR Technology equipment across the MEP space serving plumbers and electricians alike.

Fabrication Machine Automation

The exclusive platform that links inkjet marking machines to mark materials with conduit bending instructions, suitable for both manual hand benders and semi-automatic machines. It seamlessly integrates with semi and fully automatic cutting machines for ferrous materials. Additionally, it supports fully automated CNC tube bending machines capable of bending parts in under 45 seconds.

Live Status Tracking

Empowers fabrication teams with clear production schedule visibility, allowing operators to make flexible adjustments without disrupting production timelines. Live status tracking directly sourced from machines eliminates reliance on manually entered data.

Marking & Labeling

Supports inkjet systems and paper label printers, streamlining and automating label processes in traditional shops.

Cutting

Cut ferrous materials directly from BIM model data, eliminating the need for tedious thumb drive loading and CSV file imports. Connect directly to your model for instant access to intelligent and accurate information.

Bending

Bend instructions seamlessly integrate with manual bending operations such as hand benders or semi-automatic benders. UPC barcodes generated with inkjet technology facilitate instant loading of part production on CNC machines, accelerating production timelines for data centers and large commercial projects.

Ship & Track

Electrical assemblies packaged within our platform facilitate scheduled deliveries, with printed labels and tracked information extending seamlessly to the field.

Field Installation & Status Tracking

Field employees now have comprehensive access to all necessary information at their fingertips. Our platform seamlessly connects field, fabrication, and design teams, providing unified status tracking and communication for electrical projects.
